This Victorian Villa is situated just a 3 minute walk to all attractions and where the river windrush flows beneath the village bridges, having recently taken over this beautiful period house set in relaxing gardens our aim is to make guests relaxed and comfortable to enable them to enjoy the full potential of Bourton and it's surrounding area's, advice on villages, where to go, eating out and local events will help you enjoy and fully appreciate how wonderful the Cotswolds actually are and how much there is to see and do.

The large garden backs on to open fields and the river windrush which makes for a quiet and relaxing time, there's seating under the apple tree's and landscaped area's to help you unwind on a summers day, also the beautiful windrush walk is easily accessed from the rear garden which will take you along side the river straight to the village.

All rooms are very comfortable all having en-suites (one with bath/shower), with 3 having been upgraded this year with new en-suite's also joyce prides herself on the overall cleanliness of all her rooms, there are two doubles on the ground floor, a double and two twins on the first floor, all rooms have the following to help you enjoy your stay, tea / coffee making facilities and biscuits, colour TV, radio / clock alarms, hairdryer, mini fridge and welcome pack.

Breakfast is served in our sunny conservatory over-looking the gardens and is served from 8.00 to 9.00 am, we serve the traditional full! English organic eggs from family butchers and locally produced bacon, preceded by cereals, fruits,

fresh juice, tea or coffee, we can cater for special diets if mentioned at the time of booking.

ADVANCE BOOKINGS

When booking directly a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per room per night is required with written confirmation.
Payment upon arrival should be made by cheque, payable to Mrs J Wilsdon (with bankers card), or cash.
We cannot accept debit or credit cards directly but guests can book via paypal

Check in and departure

4pm is our arrival time but can be earlier by arrangement, we do have a check out time of 10am.

Parking

Another great advantage to sycamore house is plentiful, easily accessed and safe off road parking to the front and rear of the property.
