Our beautiful home is open to guests who like the highest standards available and a warm personal welcome.

This part-Georgian and part-Elizabethan house is quietly situated within lovely gardens bordered by the River Isbourne. We are adjacent to the beautiful grounds of Sudeley Castle and only 2 minutes walk from both stunning Cotswold countryside and the historic small town of Winchcombe.

All rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, combining our love of antiques with modern comfort. Guests have the sole use of two elegant reception rooms, private parking and garden.

Breakfasts are generous and varied, including best quality local ingredients and Felicity's home-made marmalades and jams. The drawing room has an honour bar and an open fire.

From the moment you walk into our hall, you will find that we have paid much attention to detail with luxury extras in the bedrooms to make our guests feel cosseted.

These include colour TV's, radio alarms, hair dryers, bathrobes, toiletries, tea trays, iced water, fresh fruit and flowers, plenty of books, magazines, guides and much else.

The Sudeley Room Our most spacious room, with handsome king-sized four poster and en-suite bath and shower room. The Langley Room A beautiful double room with attractive Victorian half-tester bed and en-suite shower room. The Beesmore Room Our pretty twin bedroom with beamed ceiling, private facilities and its own sun terrace overlooking the gardens.
